City Drive Live?

We switched over from analog to digital tv, and on channel 25-2 is an odd, hypnotizing "show". It's actually a live feed on traffic cameras in Manhattan, complete with the time and location. Apparently, upon internet research, it was established by the NYC MTA to show people what the driving conditions ar elike throughout the city. Theres no talking, and no commercials, just live traffic camera feed. It's sorta weird, but then it turns into a hypnotic, calming, delightful way to pass out in front of my tv. Cheers NYC City Drive Live!
